The Executive Concession Manager program, available to NAC Concession Manager Certification graduates (CCMs), is a hands-on program for management and executive-level concession professionals.
The 2-day course, which is highly interactive, builds upon the basic
CCM course while providing specific tools and concepts that are needed
at the executive level. There is no exam for the ECM course. Those completing
the course may use the designation ECM (Executive Concession Manager).
"The ECM course thoroughly explained the many aspects of upper-level concessions management in a practical, interactive way."
- Terry Conlon, ECM
