Job Responsibilities: Manages food preparation and service operations in a concessions unit (i.e., convention centers, stadiums). Responsible for inventory control with an emphasis on production needs. Oversees staff hiring and training. Assist in the operational planning process of concession events to create realistic action plans derived from information gathered through event orders, manifests and direct client interaction by creating a successful service for any in-house event. -Supervise the setup of concession stands to include the placement of equipment, product and signage according to event order specifications and TRINITY F&B corporate standards. Visually inspect concession stands and equipment to ensure timely setup, execution, sanitation, and thorough breakdown of events based upon TRINITY F&B and Fort Worth convention center standards. -Supervise both the Bar and Concessions departments in all of their operational responsibilities to include but, not limited to; effective delegation of action plans to ensure timely setup, execution and thorough breakdown of events based upon TRINITY F&B and Fort Worth convention center standards. -Maintain weekly concessions inventory; to ensure appropriate levels of product based upon Fort Worth Convention Center event needs. -Crosscheck in house inventory levels of product against event action plan needs to verify that there are enough products available to service all functions in a timely manner.

Job Requirements: 2+ years food and beverage operational management experience in a medium to large convention center, stadium, or similar venue. Must have past experience in staffing, inventory control, and budgeting. Must have the ability to work flexible schedules (i.e., nights, weekends, and holidays). Must have the ability to work extended periods of time on feet.

Manager Airport Concessions, Hillsborough County Aviation Authority   -  (NAC Member)

Under the general direction of the Director of Airport Concessions, the incumbent will review leases and contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions expressed therein; verify related items such as pricing, merchandise delivery, store standards, Airport-provided services, and customer service; report findings to department managers who act as liaison with tenants; conduct site inspections of assigned concessions and report findings and recommendations; and research relevant markets and financial trends to forecast future business activity and assist in developing recommendations.

This position will be located at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, home to the NFL NY Giants and NY Jets. The MetLife Stadium Co., the joint venture representing the Jets and Giants, with concessions, catering, suites, premium clubs and retail for the 82,000-seat NFL. The revenues for this contract are estimated to be over $44 million. Your Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing permanent stands and portable/sublet locations, as well as the vending department. Specifically: Supervise concession personnel; train employees in company procedures; schedule employees to ensure adequate staffing. Ensure concession stations are set up for each business day; direct storage, preparation and service of concession merchandise by employees. Prepare various sales and operational reports from information compiled daily; Analyze product usage, use information to determine products to be purchased and quantity to be ordered." Ensure that proper sanitation procedures are followed. Our Expectations: Qualified candidates must have: "Good working knowledge of concession procedures and activities normally gained through 3-5 years in the field.  Familiar with standard food service equipment. Strong communication skills and math aptitude is required.  2-year degree with an emphasis in business or food service management preferred.  Experience with Tangent/Micros or Quest inventory management systems a must.
