Mike Mosher

The National Association of Concessionaires (NAC) has named Mike Mosher of Nestle USA, the recipient of the 2007 Bert Nathan Memorial Award. The award presentation will be made on March 14 at a breakfast sponsored by Nestle USA and Screenvision during the ShoWest theatre exhibition convention in Las Vegas.

Mosher has spent his entire 27-year professional career at Nestle, holding multiple sales management positions. Mosher has experience in all retail sales channels for Nestle’s grocery and confection products. In 1996 he spent six months on an overseas assignment to South Africa, and assumed the sales management responsibility for Nestle’s concessions market. He currently services as director of specialty markets for the company, responsible for the theatre class of trade and specialty channels of trade in the U.S. market. He holds a Bachelors degree in business administration and a Masters in business administration. He is the second Bert Nathan award honoree from Nestle; the late Bill Chaplain won the award in 1993.

Mosher has been an active member of NAC since 1997, following in the over 35-year history of Nestle’s membership in the association. Mosher joined the NAC Board of Directors as a member-at-large in 1998, and served on the board until 2003. He was a member of the Board’s Education Committee.

Under Mosher’s leadership, Nestle’s partnership with NAC and the concessions industry continued to grow, with Nestle’s support of NAC educational programs like the Regional Seminar Series, and their annual sponsorship of the NAC Annual Membership Luncheon at the NAC Convention. In addition to that support, Mosher actively encourages his team at Nestle to join the association, participate and lead in NAC activities and events.

Mosher and his wife Darlene live outside of Los Angeles and are the parents of two daughters, Michele and Nichole.
