Other Member Benefits
As an NAC member, you receive substantial discounts for NAC services and registration
fees. In addition, members receive discounts at two theatre-related conventions
and trade shows, ShoWest and ShowEast. Members are also eligible for an insurance
program offered through Reynolds & Reynolds Insurance.
NAC Insurance Program
This association benefit is an all-inclusive, flexible insurance program offered
by Reynolds & Reynolds, who also provide a similar program to the National
Association of Theatre Owners (NATO). All NAC members qualify for the program,
which offers a wide variety of types of insurance. Members can pick and choose
the types of insurance they want to purchase, and are encouraged to supplement
their own existing policies with additional cost-effective policies offered
by Reynolds & Reynolds for associations.
Available coverages include:
- Property (including accounts receivable, valuable papers and building
ordinance)
- Inland Marine
- General Liability (including liquor law liability, bodily injury
and property damage)
- Automobile
- Umbrella
- Workers Compensation
- Employee Benefits (including medical, dental, prescription, vision,
and 401 (k) retirement plan)
- Cafeteria Plan Administration

NAC is a partner in CinemaCon, the largest convention and trade show for movie theatre owners and the companies that supply them. CinemaCon features seminars, screenings, sponsored events and the largest cinema trade show in the world.
