The host hotel for the NAC Convention and educational programs is the Hilton Boston Logan Hotel. The hotel is directly connected to the terminals at Boston’s Logan Airport. Shuttle service will be provided to and from the hotel to the convention center, approximately 10 minutes away, during trade show hours.

The special NAC Convention room rate at the Hilton is available until June 21, 2009, or until NAC’s group block is sold out, whichever comes first. We expect that the NAC room block will be full prior to June 21.

CANCELLATION NOTICE: All convention hotel reservations will require a one-night deposit plus tax guaranteed by a major credit card. Deposits will be refundable until the cut-off date of June 21, 2009. For any reservations cancelled after June 21, the deposit will be non-refundable. Any reservation made after June 21 will be subject to the non-refundable policy.

The Four Diamond and newly-renovated Hilton features sound-proof guest rooms, many with magnificent skyline or Boston Harbor views. The hotel has a 24-hour business center, indoor pool, health club, outdoor 10-mile walking path, two restaurants and a coffee bar. It is a 100% non-smoking hotel as required by the city of Boston.
